Regional Sales Manager

Advanced Rx Management is a Pharmaceutical Services Company headquartered in Pleasanton, California with team members throughout the United States. We provide physicians with the ability to provide their patients fast and convenient access to medications directly from the physician office or by mail. Our services directly impact patient convenience, care, and well-being at their personal physician’s office.  The Company is experiencing rapid growth as it expands its product offerings and customer base throughout the United States.
Founded in 2009, Advanced Rx Management has rapidly grown to service over 500 physicians in 18 states. We are looking for motivated “Hunters” and “Closers” with proven track records in DME, Biotech, Pharma and/or Ortho sales to join our growing sales team. The ideal person will have a clinical background and experience in outside sales.  This position in home based and you will be required to travel in your defined territory. You will report directly to the Regional EVP of Sales who will serve as your mentor and coach. You will receive the best training and guidance from our support team and leadership of the company.

Our line of products and services include: Dispensary services, Pharmacy installation, OTC medications, and more!

As an Advanced Rx Management Regional Sales Manager;

  • You serve as the lead sales contact representing the company to physicians’ offices, orthopedic clinics, and other medical practices arranging appointments or calling them to set up meetings and close deals
  • You will Establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships with customers and key decision makers within the practices
  • Your team will meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • You should have the ability to execute current marketing strategies and initiatives
  • You can manage your team’s territory budget and ensure timely expense management
  • You’ll ensure all pricing and contracts are in line with company policies
  • You ensure your team maintains accurate customer profiles and provide new customer data/sales data into company database and develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector
  • You will maintain a high level of communication with the corporate sales team and Account Managers while regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings in person or remotely
  • You’ll be responsible for the development of your 1099 Staff. This includes critiquing, instructing, mentoring, evaluating and coaching your staff as you will be accountable for the performance of all your subordinates in addition to helping them close deals in their market
  • You must also infuse vision and purpose into your team, motivate, and be a builder of positive culture with a start-up mentality.



Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-5 years Sales Management with proven leadership, organizational, and consultative skills
  • Prior Sales experience in Pharmaceutical, Ortho, DME, or Biotech
  • You must have prior relationships in Orthopedic, Pain Management, Physical Medicine, Rehab, Neurology, Urgent Care Offices
  • A documented track record of successful sales management and  top performance in previous accounts
  • Experience with CRM applications – experience a plus
  • Strong social, written, and relationship skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Nursing or related field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
